We operate a ‘no quibble’ return policy, as long as the goods are in their original condition and are unopened with the seal intact. You have 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to cancel your contract with us, no questions asked. To cancel your contract with us you must cancel via the contact form on our website.
We will refund your account once the return goods are received by us in their original condition and unopened, with the seal intact. Should this not be the case we will deduct any resultant costs from the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note you are responsible for the goods until they arrive with us, so we advise you post by sure means and with enough insurance to cover the value of the goods.
It is very important that when you return an item, we know who the return relates to, so please ensure you enclose the dispatch note or your name, order number, address and contact details. Without this information we will not be able to identify which customer has sent the return and will not be able to take the appropriate action.
Any refund will automatically be credited to the card, PayPal or Amazon account used to make the original payment within 7 working days of receipt of the return.
